Time is Running Out on "Homebuyer Tax Credit"

USDA MAY BE RUNNING SHORT !

For anyone who may have a current buyer that plans to use USDA financing, USDA expects to exhaust their supply of money to fund loans sometime in April.
• Listing agents: inform your sellers promptly.
• Selling agents, talk to loan originators ASAP to determine current loan status.
• Prepare buyers for possibility of seeking alternate financing.
• As always, consult your Lending Institution and Broker/Manager first!
